For a limited time only, as we prepare for the grand opening of our all-new Surf Music Experience Center, you’re invited to tour the legendary Surf Ballroom in its classic form.
Step inside one of America’s most iconic music venues and explore the stage, green room, dressing rooms, and museum exhibits at your own pace. This rare opportunity offers an intimate look at the Surf before it evolves into an even more immersive destination.
Self-Guided Tour Hours:
- Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Memorial Day–Labor Day
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- Sunday: 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Suggested Donation: $5 per guest
A friendly team member or volunteer will be available at the Box Office to answer questions and help guide your visit.

Guided Group Tour Experience
Perfect for motorcoach groups, clubs, and organizations! We offer narrated guided tours for groups of 30 or more, available Monday–Friday only. Reservations must be made at least two weeks in advance.
What to Expect

- Time to explore exhibits & gift shop
Tour Duration: Approximately 60–75 minutes
Fee: $10.00 per person
Tour directors and bus drivers receive complimentary admission.
