Guided Group Tour Experience

Available Monday–Friday by reservation, guided tours include:

  • A video presentation on the Surf’s rich musical legacy
  • A narrated walk through the historic venue
  • Time to explore exhibits and the gift shop
  • Assistance from dedicated staff or volunteers

Plan for a 60–75 minute visit. Lunch options and ample restroom facilities are available. Catered meals may be served in the lounge upon request.

Cost: $10.00 per person (Bus drivers and tour directors receive complimentary admission.)
Reservations: Required at least two weeks in advance
Payment: Due upon arrival

Self-Guided Tours

The Surf Ballroom & Museum is open year-round Monday-Friday from 8am-4pm with additional seasonal hours from Memorial Day-Labor Day on Saturdays (9am-1pm) and Sundays (1-4pm) for those who would like to do a self-guided tour. A donation of $5 is suggested during your visit, and a volunteer or staff member is available in the Box Office for any questions you may have.
